About
A Practice Built on Presence, Wisdom, and Compassion.
Every healing journey is unique. My role is to walk alongside you — with skill, curiosity, and deep respect for your whole being.
My Story
From Personal Healing to Professional Practice
My path to yoga therapy began not in a studio, but in my own experience of complex PTSD, chronic pain and the limitations of conventional approaches. Yoga — practiced with intention and adapted to my specific needs — became the bridge between suffering and wholeness. That transformation planted the seed for everything that followed.
I am currently completing an 800-hour Yoga Therapist certification through a program accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). My advanced training includes trauma-sensitive yoga, Yoga Nidra, therapeutic pranayama, and the philosophical foundations of the Yoga Sutras. I also hold additional certifications and specialized training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery, Yoga & Ayurveda, Slow Flow (Vinyasa) and Restorative Yoga. My background includes specialized certification in children’s and teen yoga, supporting my ability to adapt practices for children and families across different ages, abilities, and stages of development.
Today, I bring that same spirit of inquiry and compassion to every client I work with — meeting each person exactly where they are, and trusting in the body's innate capacity to heal.

My Philosophy
Yoga Therapy as a Relationship
I believe that healing is not something done to a person — it is something that unfolds within them, with the right conditions and support. My role as a yoga therapist is to help create those conditions: a safe container, a thoughtful practice, and a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust.
I draw from the full breadth of the yogic tradition — from the physical intelligence of asana to the subtle power of pranayama, from the stillness of meditation to the philosophical clarity of the Yoga Sutras. Each session is shaped by what you bring to it, and by what your body and mind are ready to receive.
“The body is not a problem to be solved. It is a story to be listened to.”
I work with adults navigating a wide range of conditions and life circumstances — chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, grief, recovery from illness or injury, and the simple, profound desire to feel more at home in one's own body. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All that is required is a willingness to show up.
What Guides My Practice
Individualization
Every practice is built around you — your history, your body, your goals. There is no one-size-fits-all in yoga therapy.
Whole-Person Care
Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions are all honored. Healing happens across all layers of being.
Trauma Sensitivity
All sessions are conducted with trauma-informed awareness — prioritizing safety, choice, and the wisdom of your own nervous system.
Evidence-Informed Practice
Rooted in tradition and informed by modern research in neuroscience, psychology, and integrative medicine.
